What does this mean?

  • As mentioned in all the points above, all employees should be annually trained on the policies and procedures of the business.
  • When new employees are recruited, the training on these policies and procedures should always be done as part of their induction.
  • Employees should also be informed if there are changes to any of the aforementioned policies and procedures.

What do I do?

  • When any type of training takes place it is essential to keep record thereof, which should include:
    • Signed attendance register
    • Time and place of training
    • Content of training
    • Details of the person who gave the training
