An environmental impact assessment (EIA) was done prior to the construction, planning, design and demolition of buildings and infrastructure during the last three years

What does this mean?

  • If you have done any planning, design or demolition of buildings in the last 3 years, then you need to have proof that an EIA was done.
  • A copy of the EIA must be kept by the business.
  • EIAs must be obtained prior to any such future work being undertaken by the business.
