What does this mean?

  • This is very similar to the system mentioned above, except that the feedback is asked for after the programme has run its course and is also more specific to the programme in general as opposed to the programme management.
  • This will ensure continuous improvement of the programme.
  • It is recommended that a questionnaire be developed which can be asked of the volunteers before the leave the programme.  The feedback mechanism needs to be clearly communicated to volunteers, most likely during their briefing session.
  • The business needs to actively review this feedback and make changes to the programme accordingly where possible.
