What does this mean?

  • A number of Acts have been mentioned throughout this chapter and it is important that the business has a copy of each available at the workplace.
  • In the case where employees’ have different home languages, the business should make the Acts available in those languages in addition to English if they are available from the Department of Labour.

Besides the acts mentioned above, if there are any that are applicable to your business specifically, you need to ensure that you comply accordingly.
